Critical Design Lab
The Critical Design Lab is a multi-disciplinary and multi-institution arts and design collaborative rooted in disability culture. Our collaborative draws on the methods of disability justice, critical and interrogative design, intersectional feminist design theory, and crip technoscience to address thorny questions about accessibility. We are artists, designers, critical makers, storytellers, filmmakers, activists, and scholars. Members begin in one-year cohorts before joining our member network.
